LOOKBOOK: HOW TO STYLE A MAXI-SKIRT PART 1

One of my favourite clothing items is the maxi-skirt. It’s so versatile and a great choice for those lazy days. I received this skirt as a gift from a friend. Since I love creating look-books I thought I’d show you six ways of styling this basic item.

Look 1

I went for a sporty and more relaxed vibe in this look. I opted for a muscle tee, sneakers and a dark lip. You will find me dressed like this on a day-day basis.

Skirt: Gift // Muscle Tee: Street Market // Sneakers,Necklace: H&M // Bag: Never

Look 2

This look is perfect for a lunch date or casual outing with friends. I went for a statement pieces and paired my leopard print clutch for a pop of colour.

Skirt: Gift // Shirt: Street Market // Heels: Forever 21 // Purse: F&F // Belt: Stradivarius //
 Necklace: Pull & Bear

Look 3

I would wear this outfit to a dinner party or maybe a date (lol it depends on the guy). I usually go for gold accessories but I decided to change it up and go for silver.

Skirt: Street Market // Top: Never // Shoes: Zara // Necklace: H&M // Belt: Stradivarius //
Purse: AIIZ

Stay tuned for part 2 of this look-book
What is your favourite look?

This blue maxi is sooo lovely! I've never actually worn a maxi skirt before :O (I do, however, have a maxi dress which I love) Seems like a really cute and versatile item! x

Love them all! I can't believe I didn't wear my maxi skirt or dress this summer, but there is still time.

Love the sneakers with the maxi in the first photo. And the tan belt caught my eye in the second photo. Such cute looks.

Love the 2nd one the most since it's classy :) I think the blue color makes the maxi skirt more versatile to style with!

Same here! I am obsessed with anything maxi, dress or skirt. I love the cobalt color on yours too! :) My favorite way to style a maxi is definitely #2. I like it to look a bit more feminine :)
