I may not be the most organized person but when it comes to my outfits I like to plan them, sometimes even weeks in advance. This is probably due to the fact that I take my blog post pictures on a specific day rather than every time I go out. This outfit right here was put together in the last minute. I had already planned what I was going to wear but when I donned it on I was not feeling it. Oh well that’s life, sometimes our plans don’t work out.

The lace top reminds me of Nigerian native attire, I paired it with my basic black skirt. I then cinched in my waist with this amazing belt and added my tribal necklace for a pop of colour. I'm not really the matchy-matchy type but I really loved how the necklace and shoes worked together and the subtle colour-blocking in this outfit. Plus did I mention just how cool these pumps are, I bought them because of the unique heels and they are so comfy. Finally. I added my leopard print clutch which in my opinion goes perfectly with every outfit.

I guess you can say I'm checking out my shoes lol since I kept looking down.

In light of recent events around me I just have to say I am so Thankful to God for everything! We really need to be more thankful, appreciate life and stop complaining.

"It’s the everyday complaints we have that hold our blessings in disguise, the gems of life and things we commonly overlook. So be thankful!"
