Life Lately: 2019 So Far,Tough Life Decisions, Biggest Blog Deal Ever!

Feeling: Thankful. I never got to mention it on here but earlier this year I worked on my biggest blog deal yet paying in five zeros. Guys it came so easily too. One of my people recommended me and that was it! It was honestly, the least stressful and most rewarding collaboration yet!
Realizing: that I'm about to embark on some major life decisions in my life (I'll keep y'all posted when it's time).
Trying: To find a balance between my 9-4 and creative life. It's been a tough couple of months at work trying to improve my output but I'm working to ensure I do.
Planning: On stepping it up on my content creation game by focusing on more quality and intentional content. With the changes on Instagram, I've come to realize that it's better for me to focus on pushing out great content that goes further even if I don't post as consistently.
Thinking: About what kind of content to push out on my blog, to keep y'all entertained while still staying true to myself. Because I know, fashion content isn't exactly enough anymore.
Discovering: Nigeria's prominent entrepreneurs and their success stories (an assignment from work which has now piqued my interest).
Embracing: The fact that God's plans for us may take longer than we expect, thus the key is patience. I recently watched a message by Pastor Micheal Todd titled Marked|Savage Jesus, which has changed everything for me guys. The past few months have been interesting, more draining actually having realized that the plan is taking longer to actualize. But I was reminded that everything we go through is all part of the process of success. I really recommend that you watch the sermon.
Watching: Movies based on books by English writers, Jane Austen, and Elizabeth Gaskell. Some of my all-time favorites are Pride and Prejudice, Emma and North and South, anyone a fan?
Wearing: A lot more comfy shoes and clothes lately. The older I get, the more I'm drawn to comfortable pieces.
Repeating: The song "Known" by Tauren Wells.
Exploring: Mobile photography with my Samsung J7neo for these reasons. Mobile photography gets you less attention and restrictions when shooting in Nigeria. It's less time consuming when the lighting is right. Plus your girl is trying to land a deal with Samsung, y'all pray for me. The two images below were shot with my Samsung.

Overall my 2019 so far has not been bad at all. Sure a lot is going on but I know that it will all end in praise!
Outfit
Today's outfit features a makeshift red suit. In one of my last posts here, I talked about how women have taken over the suit trend. This is why I was excited when this blazer paired so perfectly with my Made in Nigeria trousers! I styled this fit with my current fav gold mules also made in Nigeria.
Blazer: Shein|| Bag: Jumia || Mules: Beaufeetng || Trousers: Peace Conno Inspired
